  • Rental prices are for items only — delivery is available for an additional fee based on your location

  • All items must be returned the day after  your event

  • Tablecloths and napkins do not require laundering before return

  • Any missing or damaged items may be subject to a replacement fee

How It Works

Renting a complete tablescape from Prêt-A-Party is simple, stress-free, and designed to make your event look effortlessly beautiful.

1. Choose Your Package

Browse our collections and select the package that fits your guest count. Not sure what you need? Reach out — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit!

2. Place Your Order

Contact us to check availability for your event date and confirm your rental. Add any extras — folding chairs, custom items, or delivery — and we'll put together your complete order.

3. Enjoy Your Event

Everything arrives beautifully packaged and ready to style. Set up your dream tablescape and celebrate in style — that's what it's all about!

4. Return the Next Day

All rental items are due back the day after your event. Items should be returned as received — rinsed and repacked. Please note: tablecloths and napkins do not need to be washed before returning — simply shake them out and fold them back up.
